Meanwhile, Lou is attacked in prison, baby Harper is taken for her operation and Carla is forced to look after her baby niece.

As Tim leads Steve towards Victoria Gardens for Cassie’s big proposal, Steve gets a call to inform him that his dad has died. Cassie abandons the proposal and pulls him in for a hug, before they head to The Rovers to toast Jim’s memory. Tracy’s suspicions are aroused when she notices that Cassie is dressed up and clocks her popping something into Mary’s pocket.





Also on Monday: Carla’s left holding the baby, the Shuttleworths encounter a barrage of online abuse, Lou makes some bracelets for her kids with Debbie’s help and Kit admits the truth to Bernie.

Meanwhile, Carl visits Debbie and convinces her to give him more cash, but Sally overhears and warns Debbie that he’s playing her. Later, in her cell, Debbie is clearly feeling the stress of her situation.
