Louis Theroux: Inside The Manosphere / Netflix
Louis Theroux’s Netflix documentary on the Manosphere was seen by more than 4 million viewers in its first seven days, according to early BARB data.
Louis Theroux: Inside the Manosphere – released on the streamer on March 11 – drew 4.2 million domestic viewers, Broadcast reports, and was the most-watched show on Netflix UK in the week of release.
The publication says that the show beat the ratings for Bridgerton season four, which pulled in a seven-day audience of 3.5 million last month, but lagged behind the 4.5 million who watched the opening episode of Stranger Things‘ final season last November.
Other streaming hits over the last week included the premiere of Zootropolis 2, drawing 3 million on Disney+, and the movie I Swear – also on Netflix – with 1.9 million.
Theroux, meanwhile, is also thought to be working on new documentaries for Netflix as part of his overall deal.
