When Kat arrives back at The Vic, she discovers the family holding a vigil for Zoe in her bedroom and orders everyone to leave.
The residents of Walford try to come to terms with Zoe’s death – and it’s particularly difficult for the last person to see her alive.
Penny’s worried when she experiences labour pains but is assured at the hospital that everything is fine.

Outside of the party, Penny’s waters break and a mad dash to the hospital ensues as Harry and Gina desperately try to sober up Vinny.
Vinny arrives at the hospital just in time to welcome a son. Later, Penny tells Lauren that she’s decided against telling Vinny that he might not be the dad – unaware that someone has overheard their conversation…
As a favour for Patrick, Oscar talks to Josh about Zoe but they struggle to contain their feelings for each other and wind up kissing…

Alfie’s upset that Kat keeps shutting him out in the wake of Zoe’s death. When the police arrive with the results of Zoe’s post-mortem, Kat’s left stunned and on a mission to get answers.
Sharon tries to help Kat by sharing some words of advice and suggests they speak to Jack, but Kat’s left shocked by what the evidence uncovers.
